Introduction
Thank you for being here and welcome to my page.
One of the most difficult things we face as humans, is not the hardships and painful moments only, but the unbearable emotions those experiences lay on us. When emotions are not well processed and dismissed, they tend to find a way back into our hearts, minds and lives.
I am here to help you with this. By offering a space for healing, we will be going through the experience of healing and growth together. As a clinical psychologist, I am here to work with you in identifying and exploring difficult emotions, maladaptive behavior and create a healthier and more realistic world view and self-perception.
“Imagine a world where we view vulnerability as strength
and self-love as courage”

WHY THERAPY? Seeking therapy is not an easy decision. It takes a lot of courage and insight to come forward with your intimate thoughts and deepest emotions to a complete stranger. Although therapy offers a regular and safe space to explore these difficult emotions, it is important to acknowledge that every person brings in with them their own set of skills, strengths and personal experiences that play a huge role in the therapy process. It is not a requirement to be suffering from or diagnosed with a mental illness to seek therapy. People seek therapy for many different reasons including bereavement, changing career paths, moving country, unemployment, family conflict, relationship problems or any situational stressors.
